Log into online banking or the mobile app and select "Lock Card" for immediate protection. Then call our 24/7 support line at 1-800-ICCU-HELP to report the loss and request a replacement card.
Sign in to online banking, go to "Card Services," and select "Activate Card." You can also activate through the mobile app or by calling our support line. Have your card and member number ready.
